New additions to the Globecon team typically come from the professional finance sector. The majority of our hires are seasoned professionals with extensive experience working closely with senior bankers and finance professionals. We do, however, hire and develop junior members of our group from leading universities worldwide where we see exceptional talent, promise and long-term commitment.

Becoming a Globecon Instructor

We are looking to expand our team with qualified instructors to meet our growing client training needs. If you have extensive hands-on experience in financial services, have strong communications skills and are able to teach our courses, we welcome hearing from you.

We have both part-time or full-time opportunities available. To qualify as an instructor you should have an advanced degree and extensive teaching experience. You should also be able to teach a minimum of 3 weeks per year, although we prefer instructors to make a commitment to us of 8 weeks per year.
